Nail Trimming and Ear Cleaning

You should examine your cat’s ears regularly to ensure they are clean, pink and dry, but only clean them when required. Should you notice any discharge, odour or wetness, this would indicate a potential problem that should be seen and diagnosed by your veterinarian. It is also recommended to only use cat specific ear cleansing solutions which will help to maintain your cat’s ear health.

What ear cleaning services does the clinic provide?

If your pet is current on his/her annual wellness examination and you just would like to learn how to clean and maintain their ears, please call the clinic at 905-853-4706 and schedule an appointment with one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians who would be happy to offer you some tips and tricks. Typically, our clients call when their dog has an odour or discharge from the ears and are shaking their heads excessively and this pet would need to be scheduled in with one of our fabulous doctors to be assessed and treated accordingly.

What is clinic booking and cancellation policy?

Our appointment calendar is booked on a first come first serve basis. Of course, should you have an unforeseen medical issue, the staff will do their best to accommodate you and your sick pet. As I’m sure is the case with most businesses, our evening and Saturday appointments always book up quickly, so if you know that is the only time you can make it in to see us, please book as far ahead as you can so we can accommodate you and your pet needs.

Do you offer packages?

We don’t have any specific wellness packages at this time, but all of our routine surgery (i.e. spay and neuter) treatment plans are put together in groups according to the weight of your pet. If you are interested in a routine surgery quote, please call the clinic for their assistance. Each dental procedure is assessed on an individual basis and because of this, we cannot give treatment plans for dental over the telephone.
