A non-invasive and effective way to alleviate pain and promote healing in dogs and cats.
At College Manor Veterinary Hospital, we are happy to offer Laser Therapy to our furry friends. It is a non-surgical treatment that helps alleviate your pet’s aches and pains including:
and more…
It has also been scientifically proven to be successful in treating post-surgical pain by using a beam of laser light to deeply penetrate tissue without damaging it. The laser light is delivered through a noninvasive handpiece to treat the affected area. Your pet may feel a gentle and soothing warmth. Most treatments take a matter of minutes.
The laser we use is not dangerous to pets unless they look directly in the beam of light. For this reason, they wear darkened goggles during their laser treatments.
If you have any questions or think your pet will be able to benefit from Laser Therapy, please give us a call at 905-853-4706 and one of our team members will be happy to provide you with more information.
